Company covers a surface area of 1,300 m2 of which 1,100 is covered. In addition to the technical-sales and administration offices, the laboratory and quality control office, Sapat also houses a workshop and the following process departments:
raw material storage, composition process, moulding, trimming, cutting and adjustment, shipping.

Vertical presses with computerised control of the productive process, traditional vertical and horizontal presses, injection and compression moulding, finishing systems with own systems and automatic machinery are guarantees of high quality.

The materials – mainly sbr, nbr, chloroprene, epdm, viton and silicone – are purchased from certified companies with high qualitative standards, each of which is specialised in a certain type of product. 

A pool of mould technicians, selected over time and specialised in a certain sector, designs the moulds and specific equipment useful for production

In addition to the automobile industry, Sapat provides its articles for earth moving machines for the construction industry and agricultural vehicles.
